Accounting Prices in Finland, Fixed Fees in English
Every price is public and fixed. No per-voucher charges, no hourly surprises: your monthly fee stays the same within your tier, busy month or slow. All prices exclude VAT 25.5 %.
Monthly bookkeeping
Sole trader (toiminimi)
Monthly bookkeeping, VAT calculations and filings to MyTax, and basic advice included. Same tiers as a limited company: 149 € for 11-30 vouchers, 199 € for 31-60.
Limited company (Oy)
Fixed tier by voucher volume: 99 € up to about 10 vouchers a month, 149 € for 11-30, 199 € for 31-60. Over 60 vouchers is agreed separately. A voucher is one receipt, purchase invoice or sales invoice.
Payroll
Per payslip: each employee on a payroll run produces one payslip. Includes the payslips and Incomes Register filings. See what our payroll service in Finland covers.
Yearly and one-off work
Financial statements + tax return (Oy)
Fixed price, includes the corporate tax return (form 6B) and the registration filing to PRH.
Sole trader year-end
Year-end closing and the business tax return for a toiminimi.
Onboarding
One-off onboarding fee for a new client: bookkeeping setup, opening balances and registration checks. Charged once, it does not repeat monthly.
Company formation service
450 € when the founder lives in Finland, 1,200 € when the founder lives abroad: formation documents, filing as your agent, remote identification and KYC. PRH fee 300-400 € on top, paid to the registry.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Monthly bookkeeping, VAT calculations and filings to MyTax, and answers to everyday questions ("should I buy or lease this machine?") without a separate invoice. Work outside the normal monthly cycle, such as sorting out a backlog or a complex one-off arrangement, is always priced and agreed before we start. Basic advice belongs to the monthly fee; you are never billed for asking.
You get the same named bookkeeper every month. If your voucher volume grows into the next tier, we tell you openly and agree the new price in advance, never on the invoice afterwards.
